Holy smokes!
I ... just learned about private tags on Pinboard.
If you start a tag with a dot, only you will see it
As someone who works on client projects, I am so thrilled to learn there's a way to tag what I learn on a project with that project name without making the link itself private. Stoked.
There was talk on twitter earlier this summer that George Miller was into how Mad Max: Fury Road looks in black & white and was going to try for a monochrome version on the Blu-Ray release.
Well, it sounds like that's not going to happen, but the video was released earlier this week and with a very small amount of work, you can watch it shiny and chrome on a Mac:
Open the System Preferences > Accessibility to turn the screen greyscale and boost the contrast a little bit.

I've watched it twice this way so far, and it's excellent.
*nb: I watched this (spoilery) B&W trailer maybe forty times this summer. It's been that kind of summer.

Update: 2016-10-26 — the "Black & Chrome" version will be released as part of an $80 Mad Max box set, and is now available on Amazon, and as an iTunes Extra.
